Patricia Redding - Director of Practice Operations

Patricia joined our team in June 2013 and currently serves as our Director of Practice Operations. She leads, manages and directs operations to support positive patient experiences while assuring efficient office workflow, outcomes and regulatory compliance. Patricia manages human resources, accounting, payroll, operations, marketing and administrative functions while also maintaining and developing successful provider relationships.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Walden University and previously earned a BS, Healthcare Management from Walden University and a BBA in Business from Marymount University.

Patricia has served on a number of Boards and currently focuses on fundraising to support breast cancer research at the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center; serving as a volunteer with pediatric oncology patients at Inova Children's Hospital; and also participating on the Patient and Family Advisory Council for the Adult & Pediatric ER at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Patricia is also the founder of Rare Kids Network, a non-profit focused on helping children and their families overcome the emotional, physical & financial challenges of living with a complex illness.






Melissa Fox - Front Office Manager

Melissa comes to us with 24 years of medical office experience. As a native to the Northern VA area, Melissa attend Virginia Commonwealth University, studying Marketing. After 19 years at an Endocrine practice, she managed INOVA’s Breast Cancer Center at Fair Oaks and brings with her a passion for people and patient care.

Outside of work Melissa enjoys spending time with her children, nieces and nephew, and other close families. Weekends usually consist of hiking, cooking, traveling, gathering with long-time friends, and trying to teach a 7yr old dog some new tricks. Colder more inclement days you will find her making hats and scarves for the homeless. She has always had a natural gift for art and most recently began working on designing graphics for a new gym clothing company.






Steven Reid - Coordinator/Billing Assistant

Steven Reid-Practice Coordinator/Billing Assistant Steven is the practice administrator of our Fairfax office, in addition to the Results Physical Therapy assistant biller. Steven has been a part of health care since 2018. As a student, he is now pursuing his bachelor’s degree in health administration in hopes of one day being able to not only help others with their medical needs but also to ensure an understanding of their health care cost and options. Steven enjoys sports, music, and spending time with family and loved ones.
